Ok, finally had some time.

I am now the proud owner of a completely rebuilt vehicle, but my existing one had to go to the junkers.

In any case, here is what GCA spits out for a normal character:

Code:
Stein Drachen (316 points)
Human

ST 10 [0]; DX 10 [0]; IQ 13 [60]; HT 14 [40].
Damage 1d-2/1d; BL 20 lbs.; HP 10 [0]; Will 13 [0]; Per 13 [0]; FP 15 [3].
Basic Speed 6 [0]; Basic Move 6 [0]; Block 7 (DX); Dodge 10; Parry 15 (Innate Attack (Projectile)).

Social Background
	TL: 8 [0].
	CF:
	Languages: English (Native) [0].

Advantages
Appearance (Attractive) [4]; Combat Alchemy 4 (Alchemy, Innate Attack, Scrounging, Thaumatology; Artist; Stable working) [28]; Crushing

Attack 50 (Increased Range (1/2D Range only) (x10); Nuisance Effect: ability makes you obvious; Reduced Range (x1/10); Requires Innate Attack

Roll) [175]; Enhanced Time Sense [45]; Gadgeteer (Quick) (Accessibility (Alchemy Only) (+5); Alternative Ability) [5]; Luck [15]; Weapon Master

(Combat Alchemy) (one specific weapon) [20].
Perks: Attribute Substitution (Innate Attack based on IQ) [1].

Disadvantages
	Chummy [-5]; Curious (12 or less) [-5]; Fanaticism (Self) [-15]; Impulsiveness (12 or less) [-10]; Increased Consumption -2 [-20];

Lecherousness (12 or less) [-15]; Megalomania [-10]; Overconfidence (12 or less) [-5]; Vow (No Armour) (Great) [-15]; Vow (No Arms) (Great) [-15].
Quirks: Attentive; Expression (Haha!); Likes Showing Off; Proud; Responsive [-5].

Skills
	Alchemy/TL8-16 (IQ+3) [4]; Artist (Alchemy)-15 (IQ+2) [1]; Computer Operation/TL8-13 (IQ+0) [1]; Driving/TL8 (Automobile)-9 (DX-1) [1];

Fast-Talk-12 (IQ-1) [1]; Innate Attack (Projectile)-22 (IQ+9) [16]; Research/TL8-12 (IQ-1) [1]; Scrounging-19 (Per+6) [4]; Sex Appeal (Human)-14

(HT+0) [1]; Thaumatology-16 (IQ+3) [4].
	Techniques: Concentrate+ 100m Ranged Enhancement (Innate Attack)-19 [3]; Concentrate+Wall (Innate Attack)-19 [3].
If it was in this format then it could be imported as a .csv and all point costs would be in the third colum

Seems straightforward enough. When I get some time, I'll see about creating an export sheet for it.

I don't suppose you had time to look into this?

I could not even find this thread for the longest time.

I hadn't gotten around to it yet, but since you reminded me, I took some time today and put together an initial sheet. Not sure it's exactly as you wanted it, but all the points and costs are in the third column, with names in the first and scores generally in the second.

It's downloadable from here: http://www.misersoft.com/gca/sheets/...0%7BCSV%7D.gce

Right-click, Save Link As... to your computer, then put it into your /sheets/ folder where GCA can find it.

Please let me know if you need something tweeked more. If it's not too complicated, I can probably adjust it pretty quickly.

Armin- thanks so much for putting this together, it works great.

Only thing it does not capture well is parent->child items; it seems to auto-sort alphabetically all items, ignoring when it 'belongs' to, which is really only an issue if your using the parent->child for alternate forms or the like (which I routinely do- but it is pretty moot).

You're welcome.

Ah, sorry about that. I think the exporter I used as the base doesn't understand parent-child relationships, and they didn't occur to me at the time. If I get a chunk of time, I might look into updating that, but lately I haven't had much free time to work with.

I recently wrote a character sheet that serializes (er, encodes since this is vbscript) most of the character sheet elements and the uses ajax to push the xml character (and it's portrait image mime encoded) to a mediawiki website, the character sheet options are url/user/pass. Where then it is available for use in a dice roller app or mundane display.

Implementing oauth in vbscript is a no go for me, the vanilla controls are just so weak. Even the vanilla base64 mime encoding isn't compliant (spaces?). It could be done easily with a additional binary, but that's a distribution nightmare.

Now a github gist upload, that I have done and its a HTTP simple call.

You might do well with just exporting to dropbox/googledrive.

In my character sheets I dont export, I just print preview the sheet (no prompting) and return some website "success" that is returned as the Paragraph to the GCA user.
