Default xanthian zombie template?

how would you build a xanthian zombie as a character template?
this is mostly for curiosities sake.

Are you talking about Piers Anthony Xanth series zombie?

The aspects I know of.

1. Essentially indestructable
2. Lower IQ
3. Independent Body parts
4. Hideous Appearance

5. All these flaws with a modifier (only when lacking love)

I would say that they seem to have:

Unkillable 2 (not unkillable 1)
Immunity to metabolic hazards
Unnatural
Does not eat/drink/sleep
Cannot be KOed
Very Fast regeneration (1/sec)
High Pain threshold
Numb
Hideous appearance
Odious personal habbit (smell)
Odious personal habbit (flesh loss)
Speed -2
IQ -6

0 point feature Can be redeemed by love
0 point feature can degrade further into a skeleton

Skeleton
Unkillable 2
Does not eat/drink/sleep
Immunity to metabolic hazards
Cannot be KOed
very fast regeneration (1/sec)
High Pain threshold
Numb
Hideous appearance
IQ normal
Morph (only to reconfigure into bony objects)
Vulnerability (brittle)

0 point feature 'can be redeemed by love'


Both the zombie and the skeleton in Xanth are easily hacked down/knocked over/smashed/burnt/etc, but they just get back up after a bit like nothing happened.

Skeletons seem to be a LOT more durable then zombies, as they can continue to have conversations when smashed to bits and even do things, whereas the zombie kind of 'shuts down' until it can get back up again.

0 point feature for xanth skeletons is that to change form you must be kicked in the rear of course & not all of xanthian skeletons have the shapeshifting feature fyi.
