Discarding Cards or Items
1.)If something calls for you to discard an item, can you discard a (used) Steed Enhancer? Such as Curse! Lose a Small Item.
2.) If something requires you to discard a card, such as stealing for a thief, could you discard Shiny or Of Doom? |

You can not detach Steed or Item Enhancers once they are attached to something, so no, you can not separate them from something in order to discard them separately.

No, because they don't have the wording on the cards that says they can't be removed, and because you CAN discard Classes or Races at any time (and that logic carries over to their Enhancers).
