Default RPG Management Software and GURPS

Hi All,

I'm a long time GURPS Player and GM, and was wondering if forumites have a favorite RPG Management Software for keeping track of NPCs, plots, maps, maybe has the option to share certain things with players, etc.

There are some out there, but I'm looking for something that is especially well suited to generic RPG systems, as I'm likely to use this across game systems-- even though my current campaign is around GURPS 4th Ed.

Best,

-P

Also OneNote. It does all you specified, including sharing on the web. And it's free.

On a PC the desktop version is the most fully featured. Other versions, including the web, Android, iOS, and Mac versions, are less so to various extents, but still quite good.

Do a search for "onenote rpg." You'll find a lot of people who describe how they use OneNote for running role-playing games.

I use Open Office spreadsheets, but I have added a Wikka Wiki to two of my web sites. I can control the number of users, account creation, so no one can get in and mess it up.

Having to learn yet another syntax for it, but it doesn't seem that difficult.

With this I can write something like a town and have a map. Then link characters and building maps to that one.

Google's assorted document types (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) have been useful to me in the past. Especially for s

Forms, especially, for session-zero-type stuff, is great for limiting feedback; I've used it for a number of other tasks outside gaming.
