Wait a second, you can order a custom gurps omnibus?

WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THIS!?

Yes. Lulu allows you to print up to 800 pages in a standard hardcover binding. That's both the Basic Set books, 3 full size supplement books (at 240-256 pages each), or 10-25 of the smaller PDF supplements. You can even upload multiple PDFs and Lulu will automatically compile them for you (and allow you to download the compiled PDF, to make sure everything is in the right order and uploaded correctly).

The ones I put together include:
  1. Dungeon Fantasy (800 pages)
    • Dungeon Fantasy 1-15
    • Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 1
    • a half dozen Pyramid articles
    • Dungeon Fantasy On The Cheap article
  2. Spaceships (485 Pages)
    • Spaceships 1-8
    • Spaceships Designers Notes article
    • Pyramid 3/30, 3/34, and 3/40
    • My optional rules article from the Spaceships Design Spreadsheet
    • Several pages of stat blocks for all the ships in SS1-8, compiled from my Spreadsheet
  3. Action/Monster Hunters (614 pages)
    • Action 1-3
    • Pyramid 3/23, 3/53
    • Monster Hunters 1-4
    • Pyramid 3/31, 3/45
    • Creatures of the Night Volume 1-5
    • Pyramid 3/27
  4. GURPS Compilation (795 pages)
    • 25 other GURPS PDFs, including all the Tech Companions, Martial Arts, and Power-Ups that were available at the time

I planned on printing a 5th book, but never got around to it. It will eventually include everything from the Magic/Thaumatology and Psionics lineups. I was going to do a split book for that one, giving it two front covers and having one of the sections printed upside down and backwards (so depending on which way you held the book it would either have Thaumatology starting on page 1 or Psionics starting on page 1; turn it over and the other book would be starting on page 1).

If it's cheap enough, you can make custom omnibuses that are specific for each thing you need.

(E.g., GURPS Lite, Dungeon Fantasy, Low Tech, Magic, and some Pyramid articles; then redo Low Tech and Magic along with Fantasy, Social Engineering, and Thaumatology for a more traditional swords-and-sorcery omnibus; and so on)

The price on Lulu is about $35 for 800 pages B/W, plus another ~$10 for shipping and taxes (taxes may be more, of course). Coupons don't make shipping any cheaper, so even with a 50% off coupon you're talking about $20 per book, plus $10ish more. Whether you consider that cheap enough to make it worthwhile or not is up to you; I will note that an 800 page book is a bit on the large side for perusing.
