So suppose Alice has been painfully injured by a horrible mean no good giant ape

The party has two clerics, Bob and Carol, who want to heal Alice

Bob heals Alice for the first time that day, so his next spell is at -3

Carol wants to heal Alice, is Carol at -0 (because she hasn't tried to heal Alice yet today) or -3 (because Bob already did once)?
