I would judge it more akin to getting a set of brass knuckles for your car. If you're determined to use cp rather than gear call it Blunt Claws.

Maybe something that has more power than it can properly use. Like an over-tuned racing-car or -bike. So It has a lot of output (giving it high acceleration and speed) but it lacks the mass for actual ST which would also give it more HP.
If this even makes sense. Im no expert on machines.
