Wuya In GURPS

I'm curious as to how others might build Wuya, from Xiaolin Showdown with the GURPS system. I mean as a spirit, from the beginning of the series.
Any assistance would be appreciated, as all I can really figure for sure is "Insubstantial (Always On -50%) 40 points".

More details please? I don't even know what Xiaolin Showdown even is.

Alright. Wuya is an ancient sorceress who was trapped in a puzzle box by some chi master 1500 years prior to the start of the series. When the box is first opened there's just an odd mask inside, but it floats up and sprouts tentacles out the back, similar to dreadlocks. She has two arms without manipulators, can't touch anything though she can be in contact with things.
She's not bound to anyone/thing, but just hangs around with the first bad guy, Jack Spicer. He's hilarious, but irrelevant.
She speaks with actual sound, can fly(covered by Insubstantial) and can sense when magical artifacts called Shen Gong Wu become active.
