Scroll of Debufinnation - lasting effects?
During combat, Player A uses a Scroll of Debufinnation to eliminate a +10 Monster Enhancer on a monster he is fighting.
Player A now contends that this monster is immune to any further enhancement. Thoughts on this? It seems to make the card extremely powerful. But on the other hand, you've wasted the card if somebody just throws another enhancer on the pile just as you're about to win the combat. |

Nope. This card is a one time use. It wipes away everything on the card at that moment and then is discarded. If it had a continuing effect, it would say it on the card.
