I think in some cases it should say 'redesigned' by ? Phil had used a very similar design to the 'Stormy Weather' about a year before VG3 AND he also stated he'd submitted it himself ? Having a number of his Vehicles included in VG2 , I never queried his statement ... well I guess we know how or ended up 'mutilated' ? No longer have a front or back to my copy of VG3 so can't recall seeing that note . We were always under the impression that Craig Sheeley was behind a couple of the vehicles . 28 years later it no longer matters much , but at least we have an answer now as to 'who made such a colossal muck up' . Thanks for info , I'll mention it to Phil if/when next time we communicate .

IMSMC: Mr. Radley was responsible for half of the Trikes section of _VG2_ -- all those "Macmillan Motors" designs. :)
