So apparently there are two Soviet space shuttles that is in a sad state of disrepair. There has to be an adventure hook here. What can you come up with?

How 'bout - the aliens are invading. And there's only way to counter them - using a space shuttle. Unfortunately, the U.S. space shuttles have all been gutted when they were dismantled, and the Chinese and Indian orbiters aren't up to snuff. So, do you have what it takes to pilot 25-year old equipment in very, very bad repair?
