Default Modelling a Tatja Grimm character

I recently read Tatja Grimm's World by Vernor Vinge and thought that the premise was pretty gameable. The title character is the smartest person ever born who was unfortunate enough to be born into a stone age tribe. How would you model that in Gurps assuming a fairly cinematic game?

I was thinking along the lines the following as a base:
20 IQ
Eidetic Memory
Intuitive Mathmatician
Compartmentalized Mind
Enhanced Time Sense

Any suggestions for missed abilities or advantages? Anything that doesn't belong?

IQ 20 seems low. Tatja is not just the smartest person on her planet; she is smart beyond the limits of human genius. As in, she was able to measure solar parallax starting from Paleolithic knowledge of math. I would give her IQ 21 at least.

I don't think there is any evidence for Compartmentalized Mind.

You might want to give her some sort of disadvantage for difficulty in dealing with normal human beings; her social skills aren't all that high at the outset—not as high as her defaults would make them.

I thought about modelling this by giving her a higher tech level for purely mental tech such as math or treating it as an invention (figuring out geometry and then solar parallax). Gadgeteering is about making stuff, but could it be used for discovering ideas?

She seemed to be able to keep track of lots of things at once, but maybe that was just my impression.

I didn't find any disad that would model that other than Intolerance: "Stupid" People.
