Olive studies for about half an hour before a weird chill effects her. Her hair stands on end, and She feels an urge to sit on her hands.

Then her System Access Unit speaks up: "Ermete Lillo and Allen Dawson are outside your door and wish to speak with you".

*stands up and puts her hands in her pockets if she has some, otherwise in her armpits, then goes over to door and presses switch to open it, or tells computer to open it if there is no switch*

"Doctor Lillo? Doctor Dawson?"

The two men are unexpectedly large and young for this ship. Which is to say that are overweight and in their 50's. Each has an short tool in their hands. Something similar to a screw driver. They don't say anything, but step inside the room.

something in their demeanor tells her that they do not wish her well.

She can feel the weird stuffiness clinging to them.

*nervously backs up* "What's going on?" (once they step halway into room would there be a gap to either side to get around them to the door?)

Not really. Actually, the room is narrow enough that they can't really stand side by side in it. Its 4 feet across and 7 feet long. Actually not that wide, because you have screens all over its edges.

The System Access Unit's cheerfully flat voice confirms the order :
"Help has been requested and is on the way".

The two men step inside, narrowing to single file. She's going to be very close to them in about 1 more second.

I guess she'll back up nearly as much as possible, although it might be a smart idea to leave a yard behind her to allow for a full +3 to retreat on a dodge. Won't want to attempt to get past them until after they commit to an attack in case it triggers a Wait.
