[Psionics] Reading visual memories

In a campaign that involves a lot of psionically-aided detective work, it would be really useful to be able to retrieve people's visual memories. Psionic Powers Telereceive doesn't seem to be able to do this: you can take Sensory+20% to be able to read the target's current senses, but probing with the Mind Probe power that's built into Telereceive doesn't seem able to get at visual memories unless you stretch the meaning of

If you win, you can get an honest answer to any question from the subject's mind...

to the likes of "please visualise <specified person> as you last saw him" and then read that via Sensory.

The Memory Bank enhancement from Powers appears to allow this, but it does a lot more, making it quite expensive. Cosmic +50% should do it, but I'm wondering if there's a more elegant way?

I'd probably just allow Sensory +20% on mind probe.

Yes. Most Mind Reading modifiers are legitimate on Mind Probe. From p. B69: "The special enhancements and limitations given for Mind Reading (below) are also available for Mind Probe."
