I did a search on "House of Hell" and I couldn't find any threads on the subject in this forum. :) So I just want to ask at which part of this forum can I discuss the book?

Wrong "Steve Jackson" in this instance. There are two different "Steve Jackson" in game design. This one is in the USA, the author you're looking for is a UK individual.

If you did want to try a discussion here, "Geek Culture" might be the best forum. I don't think HoH is an RPG (not that I'm familiar with it), so "Roleplaying in General" isn't a particularly good fit. I don't think there's a rule against discussing the competition here. But of course, there are no doubt places on the 'Net to be more likely to find a higher density of people interested in the other SJ's games, and so better places to spend that part of your time.

The Illuminati card game no doubt fits in "Card Games". (They're sneaky that way, those SJG mods.)
