Silencers for shotguns?

Monster Hunters: Champions p 55 says silencers are available to all guns but revolvers, but High-Tech pp158-9 doesn't list silencers for shotguns. HT also says that bolt-actions are easier to silence than other actions. I know people make bolt-action shotguns (my dad has a bolt-action Mossberg)... So can a shotgun take a silencer or not?

From the suppressor types on HT159, I'd suspect that shotguns can only use oversized baffle suppressors, but if you can put a suppressor on a .50 BMG, it seems like a 20G could certainly be suppressed, and maybe a 12G too.
