New game design questions

I have been working on a new game and have many questions regarding it. I was hoping to find someone from Jackson games who could help me. This would be my first attempt but in my many years of gaming have come to a basic understanding of games and believe I have something here. If anyone can help and answer a couple of questions, I would be grateful.
