We're specifically talking to authors of materials where the rights are clear and, additionally, where we have discussed our plans with the original company. At the moment, the only Metagaming TFT material that is a part of our project are the titles Steve listed in his announcement:

Yes. 3d6, but we have not decided on the size and color of those dice.
