Ruby, Jade, and SullyFur all-out attack (long), each moving in front of a different hobgoblin. They each swing, but none of them hit... but they should be gumming up the battlefield now.

TURN 2

From the back of the formation, Mihrimah asks the delvers what she should do.

The two hobgoblin archers start reloading their bows, grabbing arrows form their quivers.
The three hobs with swords try to fight back, swiping at Ruby, Jade, and SullyFur.
(OC: attack rolls all hit, damage rolls are 10, 8, 7 cutting before DR and x1.5 wounding modifier for Ruby, Jade and SullyFur. There would normally be 1 follow-up injury from bleeding if it made it past DR, but elementals do not bleed.)

(OC: Bain, your turn.)

that's 6 damage to Ruby (ouch), 3 to Ruby, and none to SullyFur

While the enemies are distracted with fighting, Bain will leverage on his camouflage (17) 7 and stealthily (16) 13 advance three yards after the door. He is moving seeking cover.

Right before acting, Bain whispers to Mihrimah and asks her to observe the enemy and advance carefully, Bain also motivates her with leadership (10) 8:


Move silently throughout the battlefield without sticking to me, make use of your very good sight to spot (using perception or observation) potential threats. Give us a shout if something unexpected or extraordinary is coming, otherwise a simple gesture (thumbs up if things are OK) will do. Once we clear the archers, support our teammates with finishing blows if there are no enemies in range against you (otherwise do not expose yourself).

May the fire, blood and steel of the primordial truth, be with you.

Bain moves without attracting attention from the opposition.
The shadow elf hireling follows Bain's commands and moves around the other side of the room.

Vic attacks the nearest archer goblin using heroic charge, and the attack is successful, targeting vitals, rolled 13 (sl 16-3, 13 to succeed), the enemy rolls dodge, fails (rolled 14, skill level 10 (with the db)). damage is 21 after DR, leaving with -5 HP, the enemy succeeds? (I'm not sure with the negative hp) HT 1, roll (rolled 7, needed 8). ht 2 rolled 5. Mayor wound penalty included.

The hobgoblin archer is knocked down and out by Vic stabbing him in the heart.

(OC: All other PCs left act now. Then the elementals.)

KinClad Heroically Dashes forward at the last Archer Hobgoblin. With the last deep step in he leans to his left and twists his body to the right, launching a heavy liver shot. The Hobgoblin was unable to avoid the blow but manages to stay on its feet.
