Re: [FMG] Ogre: Nightfall
I have been a PayPal user for 9 years, and have never had an issue with them, but I do understand that experiences may vary.

I too have never had a problem with paypal.
None the less, we will soon have an alternative up. Details to follow. Gary McBride Fire Mountain Games/Ogre |

Re: [FMG] Ogre: Nightfall
Sorry if I've missed it or forgotten it somewhere, but is there a rundown of the exact counter mix this has?

Re: [FMG] Ogre: Nightfall
Maybe I'm missing something, but when I put my order in it never asked for my shipping address. Is that being pulled from my PayPal info or will you email me for it later?

Re: [FMG] Ogre: Nightfall
It auto-populated my order with the most recent address I gave PayPal (my old apartment, d'oh!)
There was a tiny "Change..." button which brought up a radio-button menu of other addresses. The address that PayPal will use, should be listed in your confirmation/receipt e-mail. I accidentally placed an order to the wrong address. In my panic, I decided to order again to the right one, and sent an e-mail to the address listed in PayPal. The way I see it, if my mistake is corrected, I get extra copies, and if not, a random stranger will be exposed to the awesomeness that is OGRE! Win-win.

Re: [FMG] Ogre: Nightfall
If you have any questions about which address is attached to your order, don't hesitate to email me at gary|at|firemountaingames|dot|com.
I will make sure the right address is linked to your preorder. Gary McBride Fire Mountain Games/Ogre |

Thanks! I'll double check before I bother you again though.

Re: [FMG] Ogre: Nightfall
I ordered mine today. Probably should have waited until closer to release, but I wanted to do it before I forgot. Looks like some work went into this idea. Very nice.
thanks, Duncan

Re: [FMG] Ogre: Nightfall
If a game company hangs on to my money for a while before they ship me the game, that just makes it easier for them to develop games. This strikes me as a good thing, so I'm fine with early payment. :)
