I assume you mean character sheets? I'd be willing to do a French character sheet, but I may need a little help with some of the translation since my French is only at the "Broken (2 pt.)" level! Also, keep in mind that I can only change the labels to French, since the actual traits are determined by the data file. If you want the traits listed in French, you'd have to translate the Data File.

It gives me the option of using the selected debugger. So I ran the debugger and this is what I got:
Microsoft VBScript Rtime error: Object Required: 'Options'
Then it poins to the following line;
optionFont = Options.Value("FormFont")

By the way this also happening in the charactersheet.gcs file as well and for every character I have.
Anyone having this error related to the Options object needs to upgrade to the current patch version, which is 252. If you think you're already running the current version, but you're getting this error, you're not actually running the current version, and you need to re-apply the patch. If you already applied the patch, do it again.

The only way this error can occur is if the Options object is missing. The only way that object can be missing is if it's not in GCA. The only way it can't be in GCA is if you aren't running 4.0.252 or later. So, re-apply the Patch, even if you're sure you already ran it.

I found I cannot get rid of "+1 for Language Talent" note for the Languages Box.

Note that if necessary I can reduce the font size to say 8 (for Times New Roman for example) to fit 4 languages in the box.

Which sheet is doing that? charactersheet.gcs or FlexSheet.gcs?

In that case, Armin might be persuaded to either add a new option to eliminate the language bonuses or include it in an existing option. (It seems to me that if you don't want skill bonuses, you probably don't want language bonuses either, so lumping them in with the skill bonus option should work fine.) It's actually quite easy to do if you have even basic programming skills, so you might consider doing it yourself if you can to tide you over until Armin addresses the issue.

My problem with the current setup is that every language gets the bonus; there's no reason to repeat the bonus more than once in the Languages section of the Character Sheet (whichever sheet we're talking about).

That's true. There really isn't any reason to repeat that particular bonus and it could be printed only once, but it might lead to complications if individual languages got bonuses from some other source. They would either be omitted or a moderately complex routine to filter out the Language Talent bonus and leave in the others would have to be developed. I'm not saying it couldn't be done, but I am saying it would take a little extra work. In general, it's usually best to avoid isolating specific items, as those items may change. Basically, you run into the problem of maintaining a list of specific exceptions to the rule, which almost never stays in sync with the source data.

I agree once is enough.
