Looking for trouble with the Girl Wrestler on Fu
If a character is female, the card says the player may choose not to fight. If the card is played when looking for trouble, does that negate the choice not to fight since by definition, looking for true is fighting a monster on your hand?

No, it does not negate the ability to make that choice, since the card does not offer a once and done decision. For an example of how this might happen: someone might play Girl Wrestler with the ability to beat the Monster, only to have it modified beyond the ability to beat it. A player with a female character could decide that they now do not want to fight. If Girl Wrestler clearly indicated that the decision must be made before the fight starts (or some similar verbiage), then the ability to change one's mind wouldn't exist, but I don't feel that playing a Monster when looking for trouble automatically makes such a decision for you.

Are there monsters that make you choose right then and there? Most I can think of are worded like Girl Wrestler or won't fight at all under certain conditions.

I can't think of one off the top of my head, but I'm trying to make it clear that a situation that requires an immediate and "permanent" decision would say as much.
