Infinite combo in OZ?

Does this work like I think it does?

'Tatti-Plant' + 2 'Loaded Die's

1) You play any one-shot, then roll to get it back. If you succeed, you can play that one-shot again. If you fail, proceed to 2.

2) Use Loaded Die to succeed in the roll and get your one-shot back. Roll to get the Loaded Die back. If you succeed, you can return to step 1 and play your original one-shot again. If you fail, repeat step 2 using your other Loaded Die.

You combine this with Ozma's magic painting, and suddenly you can play any card any number of times.
