Different Kinds of Arrows in DF

How do I purchase different kinds of arrows (or any other weapon) in DF. The equipment list won't allow me to select arrows (that I intend to apply different modifiers to) if I already have arrows.

For clarification, you're using GCB (GURPS Character Builder) and not GCA (GURPS Character Assistant), correct?
