i didn't get any promo items :(

unless the promo item for fd was wfs (i sent in fd and wfs in separate envelopes).

if that's the case, i'm waiting for my wfs replacement haha.

The same thing happend to me, I just got my Waing for Santa replacements but no promos. Is there something I should do? Is there something I can do? I don't want to sound whinny but the reason that I send in the cards was mostly because of the promos....

p.s. Curiously I sent both my WFS and FD in different envelopes, on the same day but I only received WFS so far. :S

Hmm. This is probably something that didn't get passed on to some of our new shipping staff. If you got a replacement order and did NOT get promo items, please shoot email to orders@sjgames.com and explain the situation.

Also, please remember that the entire office, including W23, is closed next week. It's quite possible that they're trying to get as many orders processed and shipped before the break as they can, and so your promo items may get pushed to the end of the queue (meaning early July).

Sorry to sound like a broken record here but still no replacements. I emailed orders@sjgames.com a month ago and was told:

We were closed for the last week of June and have been closed on and off during July for inventory. We will be sending out the next batch of replacements for Fairy Dust in the next few weeks.

I hadn't received anything as of a week ago (two months after I mailed in my "broken" fairy dust packs so sent another email. And no response to that email. Starting to lose hope here. Hoping someone can help me here as this is my only other means of contacting SJ Games...

We do not handle customer-service inquiries via the forums. I've passed this information on to the warehouse supervisor and he'll be in touch privately to sort this out.
