Star munchkin rogue sidekick

There has been some debate about what the rogue sidekick can and cannot steal in my group. The rogue has the ability to steal non wearable items from players on rolls of 4 or higher. Does this mean rogues can steal class and race cards including super munchkin and half-breed? Are equipped items such as weapons considered non-wearable? What is and isn't allowable?

Another random question came up which is can you time warp a wandering monster? If yes what happens to the monster, is it just discarded or go back into the players hand?
