Is it still the rule that you need to win one before posting your own?

Nah, it's kind of been a free-for-all since the last threadsurrection.

Re: Game: Guess the character!
Yeah, its Ben 10. My understanding is that the Omnitrix takes a sample of the DNA of Aliens it touches and then saves them to a database. I think there have been a few episodes where Ben has added an alien to the watch by touching them (I remember one with a werewolf type alien that he added).
After looking at that Ben 10 Wiki thought, that Omnitrix would be millions of points. It contains a database of over 1,000,000 million aliens (so 1,000,000 alternate forms) but it does have a LOT of limitations, like only being able to store 10 forms at a time. Still, even with its limitations some of the forms are pretty powerful. The worst is Alien X, a Celestialsapien who is basically on par with Q from Star Trek. |

I'd probably drop the Needs Sample Limitation. He already has pretty much all of the aliens he uses in it, it's just that if the GM opts to introduce some new alien he can add it. Not enough of a limitation to count for points, really.
