Alcohol & temporary unfitness
It's a pretty common phenomenon that after a drinking session, particularly heavy ones, there is a loss of cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and endurance, an increase in recovery time, and getting winded faster on exertion. Your immune system also apparently takes a hit, for at least a little while, from what I've read. I don't see this anywhere in the rules though.
Is there an expanded rule on the effects of drinking that covers this? Or a good house rule? It'd seem to me that it would drop your "Fitness" levels - Very Fit becomes Fit, Fit becomes normal, normal becomes Unfit, etc, possibly with an additional general HT penalty. Maybe for the same duration given for hangover effects in Basic, except I've noticed these things in myself after a heavy drinking session well before a hangover, and even if I don't suffer one, so perhaps it shouldn't be tied to hangovers. Any info, thoughts?
