Re: Compartmentalised Mind
Compartmentalized Mind allows an extra mental maneuver per turn; Power Talents are passive, always on abilities; they take no maneuvers to use (they don't even take free actions to use) but rather just add their bonus at all times; Compartmentalized Mind (Power Talent Only) therefore doesn't do anything.
You need the Compartmentalized Mind able to use the abilities of the power and if it can use all the abilities of a single power that is the "One Power Only" limitation, not the "One Ability Only" limitation which would only allow a specific ability (e.g. Mind Probe) to be used by that compartment. |

Re: Compartmentalised Mind
Something like:
Decreased Time Rate (Mental Only -20%, Psi Only -75%, Mentalism -70%) [-2]; which would give you one less Concentrate maneuver per turn to use on psionic powers (limitation values are fairly arbitrary here; limiting disadvantages being what it is). Or just Quirk: Can only use Compartmentalized Mind for Psi [-1]. |
