So Christmas Day was awesome. He had no idea. He got the wrapping off of one end of the box and then just sat there staring at it for a good ten seconds, trying to figure out what it was. Then it was, "OH! OH! OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH!" He got all the wrapping off and had a million questions for me, so I had to tell him the whole story of the Kickstarter and what exactly he had in his hands. After all the other presents were opened he and his brother and I spent almost the entire rest of the day punching counters and assembling Ogres. We had time to play one scenario, The Train. I kicked his butt. :-)

I'm pretty sure having him lift it counts as child abuse in some states.

But, seriously, that's great! Fantastic present. He's going to get many hours of fun out of it. And that's just assembling the cardboard bits! :)

I'm with you Schoon! My boy is 5 and is just now starting to ask questions so I am going to try a smaller scenario with him. He likes the OGRE's of course so I have hope!
