Card Question

I'm trying to find an image of the card "Promise The GM You'll Stop Telling Him About Your Character" because my friend doesn't believe it exists, and I can't find my copy. Some of my cards have gotten lost over the years.

It's listed under Treasures. It's a Go Up A Level card.
