Ok so two so far. PEsterfield has nto said if they want in or not.

So weigh in on what you think about the rules Case.

I am thinking

350Cp with 4 disadvantages and one injury disadvantage on the side of the 4.

No starting wealth or signature gear.

Normal and cinematic advans are welcome if it is supernatural or exotic pretty much count it out or clear it with the group first.

This is a zombie horror survival game, but make sure to plan your character as a normal person.

I am going to say TL9.

Yeah in one of my first posts I wrote that everyone needs to pick and make a injury for their character, that would explain why you are in a hospital unconscious.

It does not need to be super serious. IT can be normal or something but it would need to be something that would cause you be unconscious.

Yes, I'm interested.

Any injury suggestions, does the injury/sedation have to make them unconscious or would just sleeping work?

You will need to have been out for a while, Like a week with Tubing in you, Think "28 Days Later" where you were a bike courier and you were hit by a car.

Or like walking dead where you shot and you woke up a week later or something like that.

Basically your injury will happen. You will be out for a little bit of time and in that time the issue of zombies will break out.

A soldier that was in training gets hit in the head by something and he wakes up in the hospital and a week has lapsed. Or a car crash that did not seriously injure you but it knocked you.

You do not need to put any kind of broken bones or anything like that and the point value will only be like -5 to -10 but it is has to be something that will knock you out.

basically I want everyone to wake up and not know what has happened or what is going on. some of the people might have knowledge of a sickness going on but no knowledge of a serious world altering pandemic.

And the injury will affect you to some degree like if you where hit int he head you might have headaches that affect you later. Or if you had serious bout of influenza that took you down you might have trouble running for a few days on waking up.

Pretty much everyone is going to be waking up hungry thirsty and only wearing a hospital gown...

I don't see how that's exactly a disadvantage, though... I mean, the three examples you mentioned are basically lost HP + unconsciousness. I guess it's possible to have lasting effects (low IQ and disturbing voice from a head injury, for instance). Is that what you're asking for?

Yeah, it seems like it could be taken care of narratively without points.

By the way the 350 is with disads included?

Oh ok that might work better. temporary issues might work better.

So would no disadvantage work with just a temporary condition?

there still needs to be a reason that you are all in the hospital.

Sure. We could start with missing HP and possibly a temporary disadvantage, but not get any points because we're gonna get better pretty quickly anyway.
