How often do your players take advantage of the shoulder bag option at ITL 65?

I use the TFT encumbrance-by-weight rules whenever someone has to move something unusual, like a treasure consisting of a lot of coins or big bulky items, or a body, or someone else's gear. But I ignore it if people have a basically normal mix of gear. I like the fact that armor in TFT is essentially tagged with an intrinsic encumbrance penalty, letting you ignore other minor things unless they accumulate in unusual amounts.
