Munchkin Zombies One-Shot Cards

The "Perfect Hiding Place", "Body Check", and "Undead Ringer" (possibly others) cards all appear to basically be one-shot cards that give +5 to the either side, for example. One-shot cards are usually items with gold value or "no value".

These cards in the zombie set are blank on the bottom, i.e. they don't have a gold value or say "no value". Do I have a misprinted set, or are these "one-shots" intentionally not items?

They are not Items because, well, they aren't items.

Zombies has more of those than most Munchkin games, although Cthulhu has a fair number as well.
