There's nothing wrong with using "Reduction" to describe what D&D/Pathfinder DR does.

Which is another reason I prefer damage divisor -- it's completely clear what it does.

I kind of agree. I'd also like to add that Vulnerability is the exact opposite of IT:DR - right down the point costs being the same (but with reversed signs), when you calculate what the Vulnerability (All) levels should cost. Damage Divisor is already used in GURPS as the term for both kinds of "divisors".

Or maybe call it "Damage Coefficient" or "Damage Factor".
