Default 'Half a ...' enhancer

Long time reader, first time poster.
I couldn't find the answer after a couple of hours of searching.
I own all the Munchkin games currently available in dutch.
On the 'Half a ...' enhancer (Halve ...), it says -5 for the monster, but according to the small print you get 1 extra treasure while you would expect 1 treasure less (minimum 1).
Is this normal or is it a translation error?

From a glance at an English need for steed card I can tell you this is likely a translation error. ; One less treasure is what it should be :)

Thanks!
So don't trust the cards and go with your Munchkinly instincts :)
It's working so far!

if you want official confirmation then perhaps the name of the set it is in would be helpful and if there is more to the name of the card. Without that though I would agree it is a translation/misprint error.

Well, I'd trust the cards most of the time. This is one of those cases that should be questioned (which you did; excellent) since it's kind of out of character for what similar cards do.

I found the card in the production database just fine by the name. Please avoid speaking for Andrew or myself and what we can do to give official confirmation, especially since someone could infer from your statement that you could offer official confirmation.

Yes, I should have mentioned that it's a card from Munchkin 4 Need for Steed (Blij dat ik rij).

So the card should have the same text as for instance 'Baby'?
Then I'll try to change the text, hopefully without messing up the card.

Many thanks!

Yes, like Baby. In English, it says to take one fewer Treasure, not one extra Treasure, as almost all +5 Monster Enhancer cards say.
