Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
I'd buy that for a Dollar! Or in this case, $10! My personal preference is for the color maps, in case other expansions get released later on, like Shockwave.
Having said that, I would be happy to pay a bit more for both the retro and color GEV maps in one package. $12-$15 would not be unreasonable for something like that , IMHO. You'd be giving Ogre fans the best of both worlds, so to speak. |

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
I think both maps in the same product would be a hard sell. Anyone who doesn't know the history of it will ask: "Why do I have this other map?" I could see publishing it with the color map and making the old map available separately (straight from W23) for us grognards and the completionists.

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
Well, I probably won't buy one anyway, since I already have a least a dozen different copies of Ogre and/or GEV and the expansions already. Including the monster box.
If I had a vote, I'd vote for selling the full color map with the set, and selling the old-school map on Warehouse 23. Plus old-school maps for Shockwave & Battlefront. I'm kind of a nut that way, seeing as I bought the old-school counterset for the Ogre DE. I am planning on buying the Ogre 6e box set and would definitely buy a GEV 6e box set as well. |

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
I'd prefer a color GEV map simply because the green/blue/dark green/grey color contrast helps play and looks less cluttered. That's not a problem on the stark retro black-and-white Ogre map.

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
Found two copies of Ogre Pocket Edition in my FLGS (@$2.95 still!).
They are now in my possession, Phasma wanted one, anyone else?

(I have one - just clarifying, in case my reply might be interpreted as wanting one.)
