Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
$10.00 no problem, prefer colored map!

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
Would it be possible to print the map two-sided? Original 1978/1979 blue/green/beige map on one side; and "new" 1983 release colored map on the other side. I'd even pay a few bucks more for that option.

Original map for $10.00 sounds good to me.

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
I'd happily pay $10. And I'll buy a couple extra for gifts to people I've already given Pocket Ogre.
I'd definitely want the original map. The original map makes the product much more retro -> better synergy with Pocket Ogre and better marketplace differentiation overall. And I already have the full-color map in that scale. :) |

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
$10 is fine, and I'd like the original map, too. Nostalgia usually makes me grumpy, but this is a deliberately retro product.

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
That's reasonable. $10 with color map. I'd be fine with either. But, the under 40 types and the more jaded among us would want color. If Ogre is reissued, $10 with the color map would be great.

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
Herein lies the question: am I seeing a sampling bias of hard-core GEV fans? I suspect I am. The retro map is heavily favored, but would that sell as a stand-alone product in a hobby shop for $10? I don't have the answer to that.

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
I think pretty much everyone understands that a product like this will need to have a $10 price tag.
Put me down in favor of the original, two-color, retro-style map on heavy paper. I imagine this would be cheaper than a full-color map on glossy paper.

Re: So ... any chance of Pocket GEV?
My choice was predicated on it matching the Pocket OGRE that just sold out. IF you are going to re-release Pocket OGRE at the $10.00 price point with color maps, then GEV should match that product.
