What I can do is get custom-marked cubes made. I can't see how to do this for a 4-cube at present, but I've solved a few odd problems - here's my Flickr page of dice photos.

Easy ways to make a 24-sided die are:

(1) take a cube, and apply a (shallow) pyramid to each face (tetrakis hexahedron).

(2) take a cube, and facet each face into four quadrilaterals, then inflate slightly so that they aren't parallel (deltoidal icositetrahedron).

And of course (3) take the dual of a prism or antiprism, as for any even number of faces above 4.

Or of course you could use a d8, each number representing one component cube of the hypercube.

400a. Aluminum and Titanium are also off limits.
400b. Just because a metal is composed of a single element does not mean I can call it a "simple metal".
400c. You can't make quartz because one of its variations (amethyst) is a gemstone. Even if you could make a quartz crystal, no one wants a power stone that is one yard long on a side!
