Default Limitation for Incantation Magic: Direct damage only

I'm thinking of a magic that can only do direct damage; this would yield a less flashy, creepier magic that cannot produce fireballs but can turn your bone marrow into molten lead... what would this limitation be worth? -5%? -10%?

-10% sounds about right. If it's a campaign wide thing though then it's worth 0 points.
