Spell Effects Clarification
I looked, but I could not find a thread for what I want. I want to know how shapeshift other works regarding targets. If I have shapeshift other(horse), can I cast that on a rat and turn the rat into a horse? Do you need shapeshift other(rat to horse)? (That is you need to specify both the target's species as well as the object species?) Or does it only work on sentient beings (humans, orcs, elves...)
If it does work on other animals, does the target's IQ have to be equal to or above the object's IQ? IF this basic thread exists somewhere and I missed it, the admins have my permission to delete it. Otherwise, feel free to use this for additional spell effects rules clarification questions. |

Re: Spell Effects Clarification
What happens when you Shapeshift Other a lizard into a monkey? Does it gradually increase in intelligence until it reaches the monkey's racial IQ, or does it keep lowering IQ in a literal interpretation of the spell's rules in an attempt to reach a higher intelligence...by going down? Does it simply leave the mind unaffected?
