Default Cheat! Question

Hello, peoples!

If there are two reasons that you can't equip an item (i.e., you want to equip the Staff of Napalm but you aren't a wizard AND both your Hands are full), would you need two Cheat! cards to use it, or just one?

If I recall correctly, the one Cheat! card removes all such restrictions. But don't quote me on it, card hasn't popped up in a while.

Cheat! lets you ignore an Item when you are checking to see if your layout is legal. It doesn't matter if there are five reasons you couldn't normally use it or only one (or zero).

Here's a post about all the things Cheat! is able to do -- note that this is a NONexclusive list, so if it hits more than one category, it's still fine.
