Legend of Aeril - Looking for players
I am starting here soon a Gurps 4E homebrew campaign in my own homebrew setting with elements taken from various sources.
While I am new to Gm'ing Gurps I have been game mastering for over 13 years now and look forward to playing with old pros and new players alike. The world is to grow with the campaign, I want to make it such a game that the players actions truly help shape the world around them. The only books required would be the 2 core basic books and magic for spell casters. This is going to be a 300 point game to start with a max of 50 points in disadvantages, however race selection does not come from this pool. Game time is currently going to be around 10 am to about 1-2 pm every Friday Eastern time. Would like to start a game here within a week or two. If your interested please respond here or send me a pm. Looking forward to gaming with you all. |

You might get more responses if you posted the city in which the game will be run.

Re: Legend of Aeril - Looking for players
Gotcha. May we hear more about the (presumably some-kind-of fantasy) setting?

Re: Legend of Aeril - Looking for players
Well it is still a work in progress but I am working on creating a world a bit like banestorm but without all the real world history and possabilities of future tech. It is a TL/3 world with a few areas developing TL/4 items like experimental flintlock weapons. Overall I am aiming for a old style sword & sorcery campaign.
Drow dont live underground they live in "Haunted" forests in a symbiotic relationship with giant spiders, the noble elite becoming spider knights. Trolls, ogres, and goblins have their own savage kingdom where the strong reighn supreme. Even though they have a strong dislike for many of their neighboring nations they do not go on the warpath any where near like the war loving orcs. Dwarves, elves, and various cultures of human civilizations are currently in an uneasy collaboration with each other for resources however cultural beliefs play a big part in how well every one gets along. Anything else you would like to know? |

I'm a big fan of non-human write ups.
Maybe giving an idea on how yours differ from "generic" fantasy races, might bring in a few players. |
