Super ST question
If you have generic Super ST and also Lifting Super ST, is each one added separately, or do you sum the generic and lifting ST number to determine Lifting ST?
For example, if a character has ST 20, Super ST +12, and Lifting Super ST +8, would their Lifting ST be 40/270 or 40/5020? |

Re: Super ST question
In this case I would sum them.

Re: Super ST question
Since Super-ST is a metatrait, comprised of Lifting ST plus Striking ST (plus bonus HP), you would just add together the levels, so it would be 40/5,020.

F'rex, Super ST +16/+1000 (Size (SM +2), -20%; Super-Effort, +300%; Super, -10%) ends up with a net +270% for [592]. What I'd do in the OP's case is add Lifting ST to the base ST before applying the Super ST. ST 20 + Lifting ST +8 + Super ST +12/+200, so it'd be ST 32/220 with Lifting ST 40/228. Clear as mud?

Re: Super ST question
No, it explains it in the under the hood section as Lifting ST (Super Effort, +400) plus Striking ST (Super Effort, +400%), they make it a +300% increase to ST to simplify things. They just throw in the HP because it is a rounding error, as it does not scale.

Also, I think you missed the point of my post. It's Super Lifting ST, not regular Lifting ST. There wouldn't be any confusion if it was regular Lifting ST. |
