Net Troll Bad Stuff
The Troll says that I let the highest level player take an item from me. If I AM the highest level player I assume they mean second highest?
As in, if I am level 9, player B is level 7, I would let player B take an item from me if I trigger the bad stuff. |

Re: Net Troll Bad Stuff
Nope. If you're already the highest, the Bad Stuff fizzles.

Re: Net Troll Bad Stuff
And what if all the players are same level e.g. lv1?
Are we all highest level and we get to choose one item? :s Or are we all lowest level player and nobody gets to take item? :) |

Re: Net Troll Bad Stuff
If all players are tied, then you are tied for the highest Level and my previous answer still applies: the Bad Stuff fizzles.

Re: Net Troll Bad Stuff
Need some clarification.
Player 1 draws the Net Troll, can't kill it, so successfully asks for help from Player 2... Player 2 and 3 are tied for highest level. The Net Troll is moded up and end result Player 1 and 2 can not kill it. They both fail their rolls to run away. Would this, (A) mean that Player 3 would get an item each from Player 1 & 2 and (B)would that mean that Player 2 gets to take a treasure from Player 1? Last edited by Nymphy; 06-07-2012 at 07:08 PM. Re: Net Troll Bad Stuff
Bad Stuff is applied immediately as soon as you roll, so you treat both attempts separately, not rolling both then applying the Bad Stuff.
Now, the question is how to apply the Bad Stuff separately. I'd say that you just do it normally, with the lower level player giving up his stuff when he rolls, including to his partner combatant, but the higher-level player giving nothing away. I could see it being argued that the rule that you can't trade or take Items during combat (and hence while running too) might exclude the high-level combatant from receiving an Item, but the card text seems to override that rule. Edit: Now that I think about it, I might like to challenge Andrew's ruling above when you are tied for highest. The card mentions that player/s of the highest level take stuff from you. If you are tied with them, they should still be able to take stuff from you, I would think. Yes, if you are the only highest player, then it would fizzle. If this is correct, it would change my answer above slightly as the other high-level non-combatant would be able to take an Item from the high-level combatant when he fails his Run Away roll. Re: Net Troll Bad Stuff
I am declaring the previous ruling stupid and wrong. If you are the highest-Level player, the next highest-Level player gets to take an Item.
