What if... All celestials were cast from Heaven & Hell?

Here's a hypothetical scenario, and I'd love to hear what you all think would happen - to the world, to the individual Superiors and to the Choirs and Bands (outlooks and changes amongst them), to the human souls already there and continuing to go there, etc. - if one day, suddenly, every angel and demon were cast from the Celestial Realm (Heaven and Hell both), and barred from reentry.

Some options to consider:
(1) Does it affect Lilith, being human, and how does that change the landscape?

(2) How do things differ if Lilim (Dark and Bright), also, seem unaffected, since they're arguably not angels or demons in a traditional sense?

(3) What if no one knew why, it seemed sudden? What if it was the result of something that could conceivably have been God's doing, or else God outright let them know He/She/It/They did it? What if it was the result of some Lost Forbidden Song being used by someone intentionally or otherwise instead?

One possibility that would immediately be suggested would be that His plan had changed or evolved. After all, the Divine Orders were originally that celestials were barred from Earth!
