Right, you'd need at least -20% to make it 4 points. I'd suggest adding an Accessibility, "Only those who have violated your god's precepts", which I figure is worth -10% because most gods have "don't attack my clerics" as one of their precepts, meaning it's usable against anyone once they've attacked you.

You also have fairly decent weapons skills, so have you tried hitting your enemies on the head?

It will never be as efficient as a Knight/Barbarian/Scout etc

Ive already had a Druid dissapointed they dont roll 'tonnes' of damage like the 250 point knight.

It is of course the players choice what sort of Cleric they want to be, but emphasising martial skills doesn't seem to be on their agenda.

They are still trying to work out their Meta.

And? It still works, and it's a thing to do when you're not doing one of the many other things clerics can do in a fight-type-situation.

The fighter and cleric hitting enemies over the head is far more efficient than the fighter hitting things over the head while the cleric stands around with nothing to do. The cleric has lots of other tasks, but when those are irrelevant, he can help by getting in the fray.

FWIW, I made sure the chaos druid had some pretty offensive stuff, including some vicious save or dies like Transmogrification.
