Default Ogre Playmat M1 Preorders at Warehouse 23

Ogre fans, we've opened preorders for a new map . . . printed on a 24" x 24" playmat! Once we hit 100 preorders, we will click the "order these" button and start the wheels. The design is ready, now we need to make sure that the demand is there.

It looks like it might...does it Geomorph with the others?

The best way to pull that off: Overlays from Ogre Sixth Edition or the Ogre Designer's Edition. The edges are not perfect fits, but the hex sizes are the same and a few overlays will work wonders.

Pulled out a map, and yeah, now I feel dumb. The hex counts aren't the same, the road spacing isn't the same, etc.

Follow-up question: If these take off, is there any interest in making ones that geomorph specifically with M-coded maps?

Man, this hits at just the wrong time in terms of finances ...

But I'm going to guess those 100 orders will fill up quickly.

We're not limiting this to 100 playmats, we just need a minimum of 100 to put in the order. We'll happily print as many playmats as we get preorders.

Are international pre-orders OK?

How thick is the map, specifically?

Can it roll up?

This is great we are getting a new map, but at the same time it's adding a new additional type of map that is not really compatible with the existing substantial selection of chipboard maps. The map heights are different and that's going to look kind of bad on the tabletop when using both side by side.

Now, if we are also getting this in chipboard as an option, I'm all for it as it will fully compliment the already existing chipboard maps. Stretch Goal perhaps? If so, I'm in.

I would rather have compatible chipboard maps than a different type that can roll up (as nice as that is) that is not really compatible with the chipboard maps. That is, the heights not being the same and the rounded corners of the new maps.

Do the original Ogre map in this format, or one in the same style, and I will buy 4 of them.
