I gotta say I've never thought of that!
In other news, I've created a more generalized version of it that is more powerful for the same amount of points.
I'm also going to include your idea!

The Highly Reactive Limb Popper Offer [25]
Affliction [10]- Disadvantage - No Manipulators / Lame (choose either arm or leg when attacking with this) [+65%] {No Manipulators +50%, Legless 1/5 = 6%, One Arm 1/5 = 4%, Missing Legs 1/5 = 4%, round up}
- Extended Duration (indefinitely - until limb is melded to target again) [+150%]
- Opportunity Attack (reach C, cannot parry, and you must do this action as soon as you are attacked and cannot do it if not attacked) [-45%] {-35% for Melee Attack (reach C / no parry), +20% for Reduced Time 1, -30% for Accessibility (only right after being attacked)}
- Accessibility (Only one limb at a time- 2 arms, 2 legs means you must use this attack successfully four times, with the first attack inflicting One Arm or One Leg) [-20%]
This is a split-second reaction attack that basically lets you pop off your opponent's limbs by yanking them fast and hard. This doesn't cause them any physical harm, but they do notice it immediately (it leaves an already healed stump), and they immediately suffer the effects of having one less arm or leg for each arm or leg you take off. But it isn't lost forever, and doesn't even need stitches to fix: if the target's arm or leg is held up to the stump, it melds back onto their body as if it never happened.
Keep in mind that the only way to fully keep an opponent from recovering is keeping the limb in your possession. If you plan to do this, the GM may require you to take a Secret (Anywhere between Serious Embarrassment and Imprisonment/Exile) or an Odius Personal Habit (Collecting Limbs)

You may also target a thumb, nose, or other reasonably small body part at -5 to whatever roll you use. If you succeed in taking it off, then they DO NOT NOTICE they lost it until they try to use it. No thumb gives -5 to DX for that hand only (see the disadvantage Missing Digit), while no nose means they become a mouth breather (Appearance: Ugly and possibly Odius Personal Habit).
You may buy this -5 off by buying a Technique, at an Average difficulty for each small part you want to take off (so you need two different techniques to target both thumb and nose at no penalty). Techniques Example names include THRTPO (The Highly Reactive Thumb Popper Offer) and Got Your Nose!.
Credit (and thanks) goes to Dalillama for inspiring the Got your Nose Technique
