From the Kickstarter

That covers the official news for today. The off-the-record, unofficial news that we're not sharing is that there's a new book in the works that we hope to reveal in a month or two. We're taking what we learned from this Kickstarter campaign and applying those lessons to a new campaign.

Which might very well be Kromm's current writing project?

Kromm said back in February’s GURPS News that "we should be back to multiple goodies per month before the end of 2019," so I wouldn’t be surprised to see both Pyramid Dungeon Collection (which we know is in pre-press!) and Template Toolkit 2: Races (which is already a near-final PDF) show up in that timeframe as well.

The Disasters item looks to be the next playtest, after that I don't see any immediate candidates for playtesting.
There's the infamous SNO-51, which sounds like it will need an extensive playtest, and possibly David Pulver's so-far-untitled two-parter, which should now have both first drafts turned in. Though I understand those might not count as "immediate."

Yes. For sure. I'm closing in on the final edits of the first draft and coming into the "let it breath" phase where I don't look at it for several weeks then go back over it with a fine-tooth come to catch any bits that snuck by.

I can't really say what it's about other than it's a subject that is not yet in the GURPS domain of books yet. Hopefully, it gets a quick turn around. I currently have had 10 seperate people looking at it and assisting me in making sure it's right. These alphatesters have been amazing and exactly what the book needed. Even with that I hope for a good playtest later on because it will need that further refinement in my opinion.

Anyways, I've been awake two days and I think I need sleep now.

If it's not yet in the GURPS domain, does that mean that it is about other people's domains? Like their castles, manors, estates, abbeys, schools, monasteries, guilds, pirate ships, interstellar trading lines, mercenary companies, or grav-car chop-shops? :-)

(Of course, despite my thoughts of an adventuring "organizations and infrastructure" minigame, I may be way off course here....)

Those sound like a job for Boardrooms and Curia to me.

Pretty much confirmed by today's update #26 to the Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2 Kickstarter.

Todays new release is another Floor Plans volume. Also the Sorcery item has been revealed to be the Sound College.
Knd of a minor college but one with creative potential.
